This was such a fun project! I worked closely with the clients and Wild Apple Homes Custom Builders to breathe new life into this coastal English Manor that was originally built in 1900. There was so much that this house already offered and we wanted to maintain the charm and the historical beauty while making it feel comfortable for how a family lives today.

What was once a dining room, centrally located in the home, is now a beautiful kitchen and eat-in dining area. The great room has two locations to entertain and to relax and what was a small kitchen on the south side of the home is now an office and mudroom.  A large three door garage was added to the home with an upstairs rec room and built in bunk beds for kids and adults to gather. Bathrooms were renovated but we restored and reinstalled some of the original pedestal sinks and a claw foot tub. The family will enjoy this beautiful seaside home for years to come.
